Refund and Returns Policy

Please Note that pierced earrings this includes any earrings with pendants sets and necklace sets are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Please read carefully Strictly No Returns Accepted.

All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. All items are handmade and are each unique, making each product one of a kind. Semi Precious stones used in our products may also exhibit slight differences. Moreover, natural stones and pearls always differ from one another. You may notice placements of gemstones not be perfect however we do try and make them without any flaws as they are hand made you may see some differnces. 

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note this time frame is 1 to 2 business days from delivery.

Please note that If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Returns Process if damaged.

• We assured that every item undergoes strict quality control before dispatch. Kindly notify us. We will provide the details to return the damaged or incorrect product after receiving your email.

• Upon receiving the damaged or incorrect product, we will dispatch a fresh or correct product to you once we receive the return.

• Pre order items cannot be cancelled or returned as they are made to order specifically for you. 

• All items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Upon receiving the item, we will issue an email to notify you that we have received the faulty return. An exchange will then be arranged and processed for you.

•  Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable, If your order originally qualified for free shipping for orders over £60, you may be subject to a deduction for the standard shipping amount.

• Please consider using a trackable shipping service to send your faulty items back to us as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item. Any items which we do not receive are the responsibility of the customer.  Please note: any items which appear to have been used or worn will not be exchanged. At present, we are unable to provide free returns, and the cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. Please  note that any packages that are lost or damaged during the return process are beyond our responsibility. Additionally, returns that have not been previously authorised will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return please send us a message.
